§ 6-137. Sale prohibited during certain hours on Sunday.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, dispense or serve for consumption on the premises beverages containing more than one-half of one percent of alcohol by volume and not more than 3.2 percent of alcohol by weight, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. on Sunday and 12:00 noon on Sunday.
