Chapter 50. MUNICIPAL COURT

§ 50-30. Contempt of court.

Obedience to the orders, rules and judgments made by the judge or by the court may be enforced by the judge, who may fine not more than $250.00 for contempt committed as to him while holding court, or committed against processes issued by him.
