Chapter 50. MUNICIPAL COURT

§ 50-22. Trial procedure.

In all trials in the municipal court, as to matters not covered in this chapter or by the statutes relating to municipal courts or by rules duly promulgated by the state supreme court, the procedure applicable in trials of misdemeanors in the district courts shall apply to the extent that they can be made effective.
