§ 2-267. General procedure.

(a)

All contractual services and expenditures for other services performed for the city by persons not in the employment of the city, the estimated cost of which is $25,000.00 or more, shall be purchased by competitive bidding procedures.

(b)

All contractual services and expenditures for other services performed for the city by persons not in the employment of the city, the estimated cost of which is less than $25,000.00, shall be made by open market procedures.
