§ 1. [Definitions.]

The word "City" as hereinafter used shall mean and designate the City of Yukon, Canadian County, Oklahoma, and the word "Company" as hereinafter used shall mean and designate the Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Oklahoma and its successors and assigns.
