§ 8. Deposit to be made.

The City Inspector shall withhold his final inspection until said sidewalk is constructed to City standards; or a cash deposit equal to one hundred fifty (150) percent of the amount of the estimated cost of the construction of the sidewalks is submitted to the City of Yukon.
