§ 1. Sidewalks along arterial and collector streets.

That from and after the time of the adoption of this Resolution [Ordinance], all arterial streets as defined in the Subdivision Regulations and any street with a width of in excess of 26 feet, dedicated to the public use, shall have sidewalks on both sides of said street.
