§ 1301. Penalty.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this Ordinance, or who shall fail to comply with an order properly made in connection with the enforcement of this Ordinance shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-7 of this Code [the Code of Ordinances].
